what do you think about this layout, andy? It's in a table, so it could easily be swapped into a horizontal format, with the wish list on top.

I edited this page to include a field for the google maps view. All we need to do to view in google maps is to paste the code from the KMZ link into the google maps search bar. Until we figure out the hosting issue, we can still have links to the google maps view in the meantime.

oh, ok. Well, we can do a wishlist, but it doesn't allow full browsing of the entire amazon catalog, only viewing of the items we put on the list. I'll put a wishlist widget up onto a test page so we can see what we think.

sure. I updated the widget, trying to find the best search term I could, and this is the best I came up with. If you find antoher term that works well, all I have to do is type it in and it'll update on teh site. NELSAP's book is gonna go on sale soon, and if it's available for sale on amazon, what would you think about putting that in our search box, and maybe putting a specific ad on the sidebar for the book?

One other issue: I don't think we should even create a new Quikmap for a state until all of the areas for the state are done. Otherwise, we'll have to add two new placemarks for each area created.

another problem I've run into mapping Jay Peak: terrain park trails. Crotched and ragged both have one, and I know there are more. We're gonna need a fourth color and a Standards Version Update to deal with this. We should decide on a color pretty soon. Most maps mark it an orange.
