All we need to do to view in google maps is to paste the code from the KMZ link into the google maps search bar. Until we figure out the hosting issue, we can still have links to the google maps view in the meantime.

I think with teh template system in use, we can update the template and it will update all pages. I think future expansions is a good idea, and I like the idea of a snapshot of the trail map. I'll get to work adding that to the infobox page so that it will be visible to everyone and used every time the info box page gets called.
