As mentioned in this post, I'd like your thoughts on the limits of this page. Should there be sections for history and other non-mapping information? What about information that is mapping related but not about the current map, such as previous trail maps and proposed/imagined expansion projects?

i think we should add information as we see fit. I think with teh template system in use, we can update the template and it will update all pages. I think future expansions is a good idea, and I like the idea of a snapshot of the trail map. I'll get to work adding that to the infobox page so that it will be visible to everyone and used every time the info box page gets called.

I edited this page to include a field for the google maps view. All we need to do to view in google maps is to paste the code from the KMZ link into the google maps search bar. Until we figure out the hosting issue, we can still have links to the google maps view in the meantime.
